Ok, so we went and spent two glorious weeks in Alaska.
Wide open spaces. Big. Open. Huge. Vast.
I suppose we were feeling a bit couped up in our wee kitchen upon our return. Shawn decided it needed to be more open. Open into this room, open into that room. Oh, gee, I guess we are now in the throes of a full kitchen remodel!

Yikes! Make sure not to take out all your appliances at once. Ask me how I know that :) And remember, you're allowed to use the toaster oven/microwave/hot plate in another room, you don't HAVE to cook in the kitchen.
